The Process

Stage 1: Approach us with your ideas or design and we will contribute our expertise through close consultation.

Stage 2: We will provide you with a sketch drawing with options on material, finish and detail.

Stage 3: On agreement of the sketch we will provide a technical drawing and formal quote with a delivery date for approval to include delivery. At this stage we require a deposit of 50% to progress the project.

Step 4: We operate on a 10-12 week lead time depending on the size of the commission and sourcing of materials. We will always keep you informed of progress, recognizing the importance of communication in our service.
